Bitcoin Cash supports two different types of address named "Legacy" and "CashAddr" Since Legacy address type confuse with Bitcoin addresses, Koinim only supports CashAddr Type.
If you would like to transfer from a platform which does not support CashAddr form, you can transform your Bitcoin Cash address on Koinim to Legacy form by https://cashaddr.bitcoincash.org link and make your transactions.
While Legacy address type starts with "1" or "3" numbers, CashAddr address type starts with "q" or "p".
