Access to your Koinim account won't be possible in some instances like smart phone change, formatting or changing app to another smartphone. You can re-install Google Authenticator or you can re-create a password to access your account with the 14-digit password you backup in a safe written or digital environment on your first install.
If you did not backup the key code, please follow the steps below for a new double-step verification(2FA) setup.
- Write your e-mail address and password on the login screen.
- Click "If you can not access to your Authenticator installed device" on the opening screen.
- Enter SMS code sent to your mobile phone.
- Your existing double-step verification (2FA) description is cancelled. When you log in, scan barcode again or copy and paste the key code to complete installation.
