I get "Credentials are not verified" error. What should I do?

Your credentials are checked on e-devlet system on Koinim. You are taking "Credentials are not verified" error since you are not eligible to at least one of the obligations listed below.

•      Write your first and last name with capital letters.
•      If your first and last name includes Turkish characters (Ç, Ğ, İ, Ö, Ş, Ü),  write via using Turkish characters.
•      Choose correct birth date.
•      Write your ID number correctly and completely.
•      18 years of age.
