For not having troubles on Turkish lira transactions on Koinim after change of first/last name, notify it your bank officially then send "Identity register copy with barcode" document which you can access online on e-devlet to our support team.
After you made change of residency on e-devlet, send your "Barcode legalised residency address" to our support team.
