The photo I upload for account confirmation is not approved. What should I do?

You need to complete the term list with a confirmation photo which is suitable with image below for account confirmation that you demand to deposit Turkish lira to Koinim.

•      Your account verification is only completed by real T.C ID card. (Passport,      driving license, public or private firm cards are not valid.)
•      Regarding identity verification, your ID card photo should be updated.
•      All data on the front page of your ID car should be clear and readable.
